Los Angeles Co DCFS has been sued many, many times. They are run like crap, and they hire just about anyone to work there. It’s easy for corruption to run rampant when you have low skilled, low educated workers who are thankful for a job and will keep their mouths shut. Good for the whistleblowers who stand up!

Lying of agency employees etc. is not limited to child services, its rampant all over every gov't agency.

Why? Because even though its a criminal activity no one actually ever gets charged let alone convicted.

A citizen's defense? Record record record. And do not answer questions and learn the golden rule of asking for a lawyer. Since courts are packed with lawyers, this is still the best thing to do and it will be defended by the courts.
