McConnell, not one to stand up and assert himself about much, takes on the WP tonight, decrying its unfair and malicious smear in an op-ed piece. Trump is bit by bit teaching the run of the mill Republicans how to fight back. The fact that McConnell has the gumption to do this, finally, indicates the degree to which the Dems and MSM are on their heels. The fact is, and I've talked to a lot of people about this, the left/MSM has pissed on and pissed off so many of us for so long that we are fed up like McConnell. They still don't understand that we voted Trump into office because we are fed up with their lies, hypocrisy, manipulation, unfettered grasp for power, cruelty to those they attack with their Saul Alinsky smears, BS, crimes and traitorous posture toward the greatest country in the history of the world. McConnell's growing a spine indicates the confidence the folk on the right are feeling. Lindsey Graham came to life back during the Kavanaugh hearings. As time passes and we keep winning, we will see more and more Republicans and Independents speaking up in public against the DS and MSM.
