Attention THE REASON VOAT IS DOWN

Putt, the Owner of Voat, put this up on the front page:

Voat is being attacked and our poor little goats are exhausted. You can take down a site with your botnet and unlimited money, but you won't win in your fight against truth. You know you've already lost. For everyone that isn't familiar with Voat, Voat is a Free Speech website, and a lot of powerful people don't like some of the things the Goats discuss.

This seems to have made someone mad:

They are too stupid to change their views. It's a defining characteristic of the typical voat user. There are a few exceptions, but most of the intelligent users left a long time ago.
