v/qrv and v/greatawakening unreachable for quite some time now? I tried some proxy sites' US and EU servers. Can anyone confirm?

(edit: all of voat was unreachable, not just these two subs)

Middle of the afternoon here, and Voat won't even load.....again. It happened for several hours yesterday too, during prime time.

Getting tired of this.

This can't be maintenance, because maintenance is normally done at 3am N. American time, so that it impacts as few people as possible.
