So... What exactly is Trump prevented from speaking about? All I saw is that he's under a gag order but not what the subject is.

I believe it was to shut him up about anything involving the case, judge, witnesses and the people prosecuting it.

It's normally stupid for people to talk in public about what they're being tried for and defense attorneys often have to make their clients shut up about it. It gives judges an impetus - or excuse - to place contempt charges on defendants and could definitely be abused by this political judge. In this case it only indicates how scared they are of what will come out of Trump's mouth.
