That video included continuity of govt, devolution, Law of War, Trump's EOs. I doubt it's disinfo. Bombards did a body language analysis on that segment, said Halper-Hayes truly believes what she was saying. Did she speak out of turn? IDK. The other interview of Halper-Hayes I posted was from last fall and she touched upon similar topics but it flew under the radar. Why is she taking a place at the table at this point in time? IDK.
