The author of that report is Alex Halderman, a university of MI professor and long-time election cartel asset. In fact, along with Becker, Patrick and Morrell, Halderman was one of the players I identified in 2016. Halderman's job is to keep the focus on the machines so that we don't look at the underlying system. It's been quite effective. They'll placate the public with new "secure" machines that won't make an iota of difference because the same players still control the SYSTEM. Halderman was hired by Lindell's camp and provided an affidavit to Lin Wood, similar to the way PO-connected Matt Braynard at Look Ahead America ran to Sidney Powell right after the 2020 election with claims of machine fraud. The cabal knew that people would question the 2020 results, so they got ahead of it by running to people on the right who they knew would be receptive to claims of machine fraud.
