This disclaimer is so telling. I recall how they purposefully degraded the pictures they released that were taken by the dancing isrealies on 9-11. The pictures were clearly of the jews with the intact buildings, proving that they were there before the attack started, thus proving they and isreal had foreknowledge of the event. But the (((FBI))) degraded the pictures, removing the towers in the back ground. An absolute crime.
Sounds like this is standard practice.

That is their MO, but in this case they were forced to release it by a FOIA request
