Devolution is an odd subject to be interjected here. If, as I suspect, we are in Devolution here in the US, it is a matter of time before Obama's crimes are exposed and he is wanted for treason.
The USA and Kenya do have an extradition agreement, at the moment anyway. Perhaps "enhanced diplomatic partnership between Kenya and the US" means exiting the extradition treaty with Kenya if he determines Devolution is real to save his own butt.
That seems to me to be a strange article for msn ...
