When your voter base is a bunch of worthless fucks with no job and government benefits providing for their needs, it's pretty easy getting turn out. Worse yet, the other group works and is busy raising families, they cannot invest nearly the same amount of time. It'll never reverse until the collapse of the dollar that funds this madness.
