What is the distinction between an "alt account" and a "sleeper account?"

I like JohnQ - and he always made substantive posts/comments. Are you saying that there's a user here (known to us) who was also posting as JohnQ?

To be clear, "vote gaming" is when a user uses an alt account to up-/down-vote certain people, possibly including the users own content?
