In a sane world, that would be grounds for a mistrial with prejudice. But, the world we live in is totally FUCKED. The prosecutor should be disbarred as they have a duty of candor to the court, they knew that there was an FBI snitch in the defense team, a blatant violation of the defendants 6th amendment rights. But, nothing will happen, because judges are spineless cowards when it comes to holding the prosecution to account.
