in this post, he misspells stolen (stollen) and borders (boarders). each word contains an extra letter: l and a. l=12 + a=1. 12+1 =13. also 13? cia.
so, is trump telling us the cia was behind the stolen election as well as our open borders? consider this: roger stone recently revealed that nixon was taken down by the cia after he threatened to reveal the cia's involvement in jfk's assassination.
we've also heard reports that the cia is involved in drug running to make $$$$ to fund black ops (hence the need for open borders). it was reported in a bio about bill clinton -where he was involved in cia drug running through mena airport in little rock while he was governor. remember those rumors about bill's cocaine addiction? apparently he was kept well supplied.......
