The verification arrest was supposed to be the dems.

Isn't that an anon assumption? I don't believe Q ever said the first arrest would be a DS bad guy. Q was cryptic, if we can't be certain, neither can the DS.

Marker[9] .... I assume to be a devolution trigger based on DS (at the time of Q posting) future action.
