After seeing others use this text feature, I did a POAL comment search for (# which is part of the character sequence enabling special text features, and looked at the <src> of the comments to see the format to enable it. I found more than a half dozen neat fonts and features available to everyone. This feature was called "triggered". I don't think there is a list of features, at least I couldn't find one. Look at the <src> for that comment and you'll see how easy it is to use. These features only work in comments.
