Nothing - unless we address the underlying system and states implement voter ID, paper ballots (with smaller precincts,) and require in-person voting except for those explicitly excused (could be handled the same way as jury duty excuses.)

Came here to say this, the last election was the one where trump won. Trump should have been scolded as an awful president but compared do the purposefully destructive left and fake right he was a godsend
