"18 U.S. Code § 2071 - Concealment, removal or mutilation generally."

Johnson said the tweet shows that "Joe Biden might be removed from office" for holding classified information. "Check this out, U.S. Code 2071, concealment, removal or mutilation of government property," Johnson said.

"'Whoever having the custody of such record'—that being a classified record—'proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys'—Joe Biden unlawfully concealed and removed those documents—'they'll be fined, they'll be put in prison for three years and they will forfeit their office and be disqualified from holding any other office."

It has been posited that the answer to the question in the title is yes and by default Trump is President. Not sure if it requires a conviction if Biden has already admitted it.

As much as I'd like to see Trump back in place, wouldn't Kamala take Biden's place? There has to be a reason his attorneys - who knew for years about the docs - would choose now to reveal them.

Actually not. The whole ticket loses with him at the top of the ticket. I am pretty sure.

Well that'd be some good news for a change. Thanks, Revo

my understanding is the then vice president would not have the authority to reclassify documents, so unless sortero steps in....this article is circle logic.
