Hasn’t the vaccine passports + cards been failures? I know it’s not required for international travel now, As rumored. They tried and failed. Doesn’t mean they won’t try again. Probably with another fake or real pandemic

No. "They" want it to appear that way to make us think we're safe. In actuality, their plan is to implement it "secretly" by rolling it into the CBDC (central bank digital currency) system that will be connected to our health data.
