to ask legislators to pass laws banning atmospheric aerosol spraying without prior approval and testing of the chemicals being sprayed.

Hey! We got prior approval. The chemicals were tested and they work as intended to block the sun and slowly poison people.

There's only one answer: end the fed. Because money can be counterfeited by the government, there is no limit how much damage they can cause. If these programs actually cost real wealth, no one would finance them. Instead, it's tyranny all the time.
