Fed up Texans are asking their representatives to stop the spraying of aerosolized particulate matter into the state’s skies – a phenomenon commonly referred to as “chemtrails.”

Can't see how anyone will be able to stop the Federal government from continuing with their super secret stratospheric aerosol injection program better known as SRM (Solar Radiation Management). I know we all see the chemtrails in the sky but the DS government says its not there that these are only contrails. Anything else we say, they will lie about it and suggest we are all imagining what we think we see. The true physics of contrails is that they will ALWAYS dissipate between 1,500 to 3,500 feet after exiting the turbofan exhaust housing. That is, the water in the combustion gases quickly freezes into microscopic ice crystals that make them visible as a white plume for a short time, then as sublimation takes place the ice crystals disappear. Real, contrails do not linger for hours in the sky, nor do they dim the sunlight.
The real problem is that the CIA is running this black operation and they have been doing it for several decades and WITHOUT OUR CONSENT, we the taxpayer have been wasting hundreds of billions of dollars in jet fuel and neurotoxic chemicals like, free aluminium nanoparticles (Aluminum Oxide mixed with sulphuric acic along with Strontium and Barium) all for the purpose of dimming the sun. These metals should not exist in the air.
It was traitorous John Brennan that explained what the CIA was doing at a CFR conference in July 2016. He explained how jet powered aircraft were equipped with tanks connected to pumps and large nozzles attached near the flow of the turbofan exhaust, which gives the illusion of a contrail. Brennan used the term SRM, then used the term Stratospheric Aerosol Injection. Since the CIA is run by the Deep State and that the CIA answers to no one, always lying to us about National Security issues is how they get to keep the program classified. This program is not only in North America, its also being implemented over Europe and parts of Western Africa where this chemtrail fog spreads far eastward into other countries that are not participating in this evil agenda. I just can't see how State legislatures would have any power to stop them. Most of these ignorant politicians don't believe that man made chemtrails are real. Oh those are only contrails. I have a document from 2017 where Rhode Island tried to do just that to stop the chemtrails, and our airforce just keeps chemtrailing the skies nonetheless.
So all this time we could have just petitioned the deep state to arrest itself? Damn that is too easy! Why didn't we do this before, Q?
Yeah, give me one example of a petition to end a deep state activity against humanity that has ever worked out. Anyone who thinks we can petition our way out of the jew world order is absolutely delusional. It's going to take bloodshed and violence. There is no other way left at this point.
I've signed countless petitions and 100% of them have done zip, zero, zilch to change a damn thing - sad to say. The cabal recipients probably laugh at every 'petition' that crosses their desk before tossing it into the trash can.
