Once the new borders of Donetsk, Lugansk and the rest of the Donbass region are established and the Russian speaking people in this area are secure from the Fascists, it will be President Putin that ends the special military operation not the EU or the US.
Agree and completely understand why Putin considers NATO a risk - they are.
