Inasmuch as that's true, I've read that he goes every year, it's held at the same time of year and is a multi-day event, ergo: plenty of time to make arrangements to be there for one of the days. The fact that he's saying, at the last minute, that he's not going, is eyebrow-raising at the very least.

It's been put forth, maybe a false flag at Davos.
There are arrest warrants out on him, so perhaps travel is difficult.
Then again, he might just be too old to travel.
Some have likened it to JP Morgan bailing (sorry for the pun) on the Titanic voyage and to watch who else might bow out of Davos.
I guess we'll see....
