I have a feeling it was staged. It was a big "in-everyone's-face" event that gave those of us aware of these happenings a shocking opportunity to tell everyone around them that didn't know. It's in a lot more people's heads now.
I feel like they've squeezed as much as they want from manufacturing the vaccines and boosters. They've already gotten paid for millions of doses that will just gather dust.
