Elected officials, judges etc could start operating from 100% remote unfindable locations. So the DS doesn't like how they voted? Who gives a shit, not even they could find them. It,'s possible, but in time all tech is hackable, there are vulnerable networks, wireless signal detection, etc.
Using starlink would eliminate some of the vulnerabilities, if it can be trusted.
Old school ways may be the answer to put communications outside of the reach of electronic surveillance and interception. Somethingbthat all the tech in the world would be of little help to intercept information.
