It's quite difficult for me to believe this was done on accident and they are this incompetent. Something smells to high heaven in this situation. Not saying China is innocent. Not at all. Folks who know me should know that I think China is behind lots of bullshit that goes on in America. But this time, something is quite fucky about it being this obvious and open that it is China. I could set something up to do this, quite easily, and make it look like the IP resolves to China. I could even setup faux hops to make it look like it takes a legitimate route to, say, Norway. And I'm a newb at this stuff.
