It will never be big enough to make Zucky Zoidberg shed a single tear of regret. As billionaires, Zucky, Gates, Besos, and Soros can well afford any fine a silly court imposes, and likely make the loss back within a few months. Fining these dirtbags into compliance is an exercise in futility...all show and no go.
