Future MAGA government, eh?
So this next time around the government suddenly won’t be corrupt?
I hope so.
Far less corrupt in 2023 I would hope. Trump has quite a winning lineup post primaries. So far, 91% of the GOP challengers in Nov will be MAGA. I assume a red wave and that will disrupt GOPe leadership in Jan 2023. 2024 will bring another wave of MAGA + Trump. The real cleansing may commence in 2025. That's my guess but we all know there are unanticipated surprises that change timelines.
The problem isn’t just elected officials. It’s unelected bureaucrats. Career sleepers and those who get appointed to cabinet positions, etc.
Even if you elected 100% patriots across the board, the bureaucracies themselves and people within them have to be dealt with. The majority of the swamp, dare I say, aren’t even in elected positions to begin with.
Run through your mental Rolodex of all the awful players over the last 5 years. Yeah, some are elected..but the vast majority were people you’d never even heard of before.
All of those cooked FBI agents? Career bureaucrats. The crooked IRS people who went after the tea party? Career bureaucrats. Fuckheads like Fauci at the CDC? FDA, EPA, etc. etc..I could go on and on. Oh and certainly the biggest shitheads of them all: Clowns In America.
The swamp couldn’t exist if it were as easy as simply voting out shitheads in elected positions.
I’m not trying to be cynical, I’m trying to be realistic. A lot more has to happen than just a MAGA wave being voted in.
The government itself needs to be gutted. It should be maybe 1/4 the size that it is now, and most of the agencies shouldn’t even fucking exist.
Bureaucrats are now Schedule F employees. That is the huge change Trump made to their employment status in order to clean house at a later date. Fire them all. Defund/disband FBI via Presidential Memorandum, just as the FBI was first created. Lots of options, and note can be created via Presidential Memo.
