yes, absolutely . this paragraph in(5) clearly shows they intend to link carbon credits,water usage, energy usage to the blockchain. far more than what we called previously " social score" . we have been "gated" to think this was just about what we say and do on social media , how we interact with others. when in fact it's about an all inclusive "energy consumed vs benefit to society equation" which of course " they" TPTB , decide.
