If you are reading this, and love this sub, you should thank and a couple of others I will get to eventually. Without Lakota and a very tiny amount of anons, this sub would have died long ago.
Over two years ago, or three, I don't know, I started coming here whenever voat would go down. I lurked for quite awhile. Back in those days, the only person(s) posting here was GodsAngell. That is a whole can of worms I'm not going to get into here, those who know of that user know what I'm talking about.
LakotaPride actively started posting here about the same time I did. I was homeless after the great voat death, and this place was a natural refuge for me. This sub saw an influx of "refugees" looking for a home, some stayed. Many like myself went to GAW and forgot about this place. Lakota showed up, settled in, and grinded it out for the rest of us. I don't know if he was on voat, I don't remember. Doesn't matter. What matters is that when I came back, he was here with only a few brothers, a long digital war-beard, throwing hand grenades.
The point is that LakotaPride has never seemed to waiver for one second. He is a fucking machine. He has consistently posted on this sub spreading information regardless of who was paying attention or upvoting. He catches a lot of shit from time to time for forum sliding by pissy anons. Normally I would agree, but when you are only one of a few posting, it's hard to not look like your are spamming a board. If the news needs put out for analysis, it needs put out. If no one else is going to do it, Lakota was sure as shit going to. The criticism never seemed to effect him, he just kept doing what he felt needed to be done. Day after day, month after month, LakotaPride has given you people something here to trust, but verify. That is what matters.
So I hope you appreciate what this anon has done. He has been here through regime changes, ups and downs, and at times kept this sub on life support. I really don't think he gives a shit about any of that. He just keeps loading his mag and fires away at the ever advancing enemy because it must be done. He helped dig the QStorm trenches we are in today, and he is still in them after all this time. I'm honored to have served in the QStorm regiment with you brother, and I won't be surprised if you outlast all of us.

Lakota is one of the nicest dudes on Poal. He does keep content flowing and never gets a shitty attitude when we disagree about things. I try to be as cordial as LP as I get older - we all could stand a bit of LP temperance and patience.

well , ive been here since one of the early kerflufles on Voat, there was alot of cult of personality about content, homo page sliding, hell there were subs in there dedicated to raid the Q subs , where all their trolls would pounce in co-ordinated attacks, it was exciting and depressing all @ once. The pages moved fast, like an early AOL chatroom( yeah) it was the wild west ! I blue screened 3 laptops from the nasty VD's that were getting planted in the posts as links. hell i believe most of the accounts were troll bots....enough of Voat, Lakota answered one of my early comments with "Patriot, i think your right" and im kinda in shock, after all it was a free for all in Voat, nobody encouraged comments. Anyway, i started reading his posts, clicking the links and hell, this cat is the real deal, and a gentleman as well. Well done and well deserved Sir! Your patience is much appreciated and your role model for trying to get this thing done without encouraging violence. Its a pleasure to be in here with you and more importantly that honorable folks are out there still trying to save our country, thank you.

Thank you Brother but the credit all goes to God and everyone here. I am just like the tree in the forest. If it falls and nobody is around it does make a noise but nobody would hear it. Everyone here is making sure that sound is heard and why the credit goes to everyone here , They are working hard also to find information and pass it on . I want to thank them all for having the courage to be here and for all the support for getting the truth out.

I don't know how i found Voat, but Lakota was there when I was just learning about these boards as info sources. I was so thankful that he reached out to me personally when voat went down and pointed me here! I try to keep things simple, and he gave me a few people to follow on telegram where I can lurk. I really appreciate LakotaPride's leadership and insight, and he always refers to us as Patriots or brothers. I feel it's a reminder and a pronouncement, like "remember who you are" whenever I read it!
