That shit is so ridiculously easy to subvert and grab a large haul. I'm not read up on Tennessee firearm transfer laws but anywhere this happens you could just have a sign saying "They are giving you a $50 gift card. I will give you $75 cash". Alot of places the deal is done easy peasy. Other places have your FFL buddy there with all the documents and he takes possession.
I'm sure there is some kike lawyer that would try and nail you so study up.
