For that theory to be true, Why didn't she get out of the car 5 mins earlier when she crashed into a garage and was confronted by the owner (who took photos of heche in the car showing what also appeared to be a vodka mixer in the center console). Plus her bloods showed heroine and fentanyl. A car crash doesn't have to be a car hacking.
