Only 15% have a medical condition after?

Based on "medical condition" rates, it should be 60%. Am I to be led to believe this is a a miracle cure drug that vastly reduces medical condition occurrence rates after it is taken?

These figures are way way off. Something smells about them.

It says new medical condition. Unless you're saying that 60% of people get a new medical condition every two years.
