Nitrogen pollution from cows isn't atmospheric Nitrogen (N2), it comes in the form of Ammonia (NH3), a significant river polltant, this also gets oxidised and released as Nitrous oxide (N2O), a climate gas Cows also produce methane (CH4), another climate gas
You can't keep dumping pollutants into a small country without environmental damage, even wedontgiveashit China is planning on moving 5 billion animals away from its cities for exactly this reason. This is also the reason American pig farms are located miles from anywhere.
