I wonder if this is a foil. The DNC has already stated in court that their candidates are determined by the party and not the members. They also have a primary, but the DNC can override the will of the members. This is how Hillary became the candidate for senator in New York. The RNC has not admitted in court that they can override the results of the primary. By making this obvious joke a candidate, are they trying to push Republican members to agree to their leadership overriding a primary? If they do, then only RNC/DNC approved candidates will every see their name on a ballot. No party outsider like Trump would every be allowed to run again no matter what the people wanted.
