Wonder if they mean the internet connected routers (unique IPS adresses) that all the Dominium Machines were plugged into ?/.
Even though photos showing them all hooked up and turned on were shown in social media less than a week later, it just proves no-one in Authority gives a shit - and for all those involved it's about getting gibs/ covid relief funds/ and or staying in positions of power. Why would they give a shit about the peasants, when there is plenty of fiat money to go around as long as you show yourself to be on the right side.
