Congress has been delegating their authority to unelected agencies for a long time. Congress does not want to get their hands dirty. The SC cannot make law and I'm sure they are tired of correcting mistakes Congress refuses to be part of. WE NEED THIS WIN. AMERICA NEEDS THIS WIN. We need this corrected.

I wonder if the recent rulings are part of Breyers "Fuck you, I'm out of here"

Not Hopium, but it looks like the Deep State is cutting their losses and going after more of a "States govern Individually" plan. Meaning, the Deep State will have their culling and full NWO plan in the blue states only, while red states are run by red state individuals.

I hope this happens, but at the same time torres vs texas they did chip away at the state rights a bit. Then again, that seems to have been more for the individual than the federal government. It also was in favor for disabled veterans.

All we can do at this point is pray. Humanity has allowed evil to run rampant. It’s stops with us.

Congress delegated to pass laws, and only congress.

Permanent regulations are written by Congress and signed into law by the president.

The agencies can issue temporary emergency orders which is possibly what that 4channer was talking about. But they usually last one year and have to be renewed.

The SCotUS decision would just make that 1 year emergency thing null and force Congress to act faster.
