Can confirm. (Unjabbed) pilot in the family. Every.Single.Trip, which is bid upon monthly, has been fucked up. Meaning, you show up for a trip (2-4 days), 2-3 legs per day, never ends up being what you’re scheduled to fly. Flights cancelled, rerouted, ending up in cities you didn’t bid, for less pay than you were supposed to receive due to deadheads (meaning you don’t fly your regularly scheduled legs, but are instead put in the back of the plane with the rest of the passengers to get you to a new city to fly routes you were not scheduled to fly), and what not. Not to mention all the diversity hires in ALL areas of the airlines, threatening you with termination for a myriad of woke reasons. Smh.
