He was acting pretty stupid. Making indirect threats online against protected groups is not a good idea or productive. Just vaguely threatening isn't illegal, there has to be something in your threats that make them actionable for LEOs to be able to step in. The picture he painted of himself online, combined with his desire to go to a pride parade, is pretty flimsly IMO but, it is apparently enough to get him in the system. A jury in Washington state is likely to convict him based off his post history.

No, you have it backwards. He was excersizing his free speech. The entire case they have against him is what is stupid. The fact that your neighbor can take something you said out of context, report you, and send your ass to jail or prison is stupid.

Never call somebody stupid for quoting the word of God. Never admit defeat like you just did.

He got arrested for allegedly threatening to kill some fag at a home Depot. The prosecutor is using all the threats he made online to try to throw the book at him over it. The media is hyping like the cops are heros who narrowly saved the pride parade from a white supremacist. A jury in Washington will likely convict him.

My point is don't be a keyboard tough guy. The system can't wait to make an example out of us, and talking shit only benefits them.
