Here we are voting to move on a bill negotiated entirely behind closed doors, released only an hour ago, that no one has had time to fully read, that ignores the national crime wave & chips away instead at the fundamental rights of law abiding citizens. NO

At what point do you realize "chipping away" is a strategy? If they tried to take all of your guns outright, there would be a revolt. So they "chip away" at your rights until you're weak enough to take your weapons forcefully.

Or like Jersey, make the laws around guns so convoluted and confusing that when a new amendment gets pushed one generation from onw to just ban all the guns, no one will care, because no one had access to them anyways
