The officers should be charged with federal election interference as well as civil right violations. Good luck seeing any of them charged. Hopefully the man arrested was part of a coordinated effort to expose this corruption and have it stop before the mid-terms.

Charged? No. Charged is for a stable civilization not engaged in a civil war. That time is past but alas we must relearn what is required of us when faced with extreme tyranny which election interference absolutely is

Title 18 us code s/s 242 ... TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

OP this is hilarious. being arrested , jailed , without just cause is kidnaping...
this GOP person would be rich beyond imagination if they realized this law existed

>this GOP person would be rich beyond imagination if they realized this law existed

Not with our corrupt courts.

The problem with Title 18 USC 242 is that it is criminal and thus requires a US Attorney/DoJ to bring the charges. There is a civil counterpart which is Title 42 USC 1983, but it carries no criminal penalties and can be pretty toothless if the judge is not on your side.

A Sherif can also do this.. so can the Mareshals.. You can also use this in civic court.. " if you can prove they violated this" in our case that is easy as falling down

A US Marshall can make the arrest. For County Sheriffs and State Police to be able to arrest on violation of Federal criminal laws, the State law must authorize them to arrest people for violations of federal criminal law. However, a US Attorney will need to take it to a Grand Jury for an indictment and then to Federal Court for prosecution - which will never happen in a Biden/Democrat administration.

i dislike the amount of ad homonym attacks but the fact that 3 unmasked cops arrested someone for not wearing a mask is fucking retarded. mind you if they were wearing masks it wouldnt make it much better but the in your face hypocrisy is astounding

False arrest and kidnapping. Those pigs should be dealt with like the rabid animals they are.
