Well, sort of…I believe what I read was that they voted for the $40 billion package for Ukraine on the same day they voted against a $45 billion relief package for Americans.

In theory, it doesn’t have to be a “one or the other”, mutually exclusive sort of thing…but then it sure appeared to play out that way.

One could make the argument that they have no business handing money out to anyone at all..ya know, since they don’t actually have any.
