Plans by the
city of Houstontorequirebusinesses to install surveillance cameras – and thengive police access– has drawn a warning letter from a second civil-rights organization.
The city of Houston has no business requiring businesses to install anything. And they do not have authority to give police access to anything that is not theirs. The only way this is allowed is if it's "allowed" by the people. But the people are busy watching the politicians and lawyers hoping someone will investigate the abuse of power and save them from the tyranny... With lawsuits and such.
