I agree with Tom Fitton.

Why was she up in the broken window frame attempting to climb through ??. I don't agree with the Capital police, but wtf did she think was gonna happen by climbing through locked and clearly barricaded doors ?? ... I don't buy the husband's explanation either when he said 'she was probably having a panic attack and looking for some way to get out of the crowded hallway '.
