The problem is that no one is even trying to prosecute the perps. And no, Durham doesn't prove otherwise. It's swamp all the way down.
I think that a few low level staffers may get scapegoated. Most likely to be sentenced to community service and some probation. Some principles may suffer some public embarrassment but that will be quickly dropped. Other than that, "The show must go on".
