Everything is energy and vibration. There are a lot of examples which prove this. Problem is that to affect objects, vibrations need amplitude and that's a difficult thing to achieve in certain circumstances. Can you effectively evaporate a cancerous tumor with vibration? You absolutely can. But to do so you might need a strong enough vibration that the force will rupture other tissues around that cancer.
