Remove California and those “popular vote” wins go away. And we all know CA is a hyper voter participating and rigged state. I can’t even believe we have a doesn’t understand the electoral college tard here so I won’t even bother explaining it to you. But it makes sure states get 100% of their population representation no matter how active it is as a voting state. And it minimalizes the damage a hyper rigged runaway state can do.
