When aid gets sent to 3rd world foreign nations like food, the dictators own the markets. They sell the food at a high price snd call it imported goods rather than give it to the ppl, so in ukraine I imagine they are selling arms to other nations at wholesale price, giving ten percent to the big guy through totally legit charities, honestly every charity in this country needs to be audited by the people especially those belonging to politicians, george soros, zuckerfag and other woke fuck companies
