Left Dropbox some years ago and went with a paid provider. Good reputation. They don't have a password recovery option. Lose your credentials, that's it.

Id like to see all Construction firms that save all their plans and bids for every construction project cancel Dropbox. One job could be as much as 50GB. Each revision, new set of drawings. The company I worked for gave Dropbox a LOT of money and most of the people that did the work were White.
