Initially we are compelled to call it a distraction, however, its much more. Its an example of a societal mind virus that was implimented by the Permanent Government. Justice Roberts undermined SCOTUS when he rewrote the Obummer care legislation imo. The res of the SCOTUS undermined themselves when they refused to hear all the evidence in the blatant election fraud that led us to the insurrection of November 3rd. 2020. SCOTUS has proven itself just another politically motivated agency of the government. Congress is in on it which is why the unqualified demoncrats get appointed.
