I'd like to think that the possibility of losing one's job by introducing minors to this would be a deterrent - but it probably won't be,.

Being placed on leave is not losing your job. It is getting a vacation. They will be back with full pay and benefits

Thanks for pointing that out. It clearly says "leave of absence" - mistakenly, my mind went to too hopeful of a place ;-)
